Delivery

How do I collect my Click & Collect orders?

For Click & Collect orders, please head to your selected outlet’s cashier and let us have your order number to pick up your salad, wrap or quinoa bowls.

Does SaladStop deliver?

We do not deliver for Click & Collect orders – you have the option of picking up your orders from a selected outlet near you. Or you may use Deliveroo’s services for delivery.

We do provide delivery for Group Orders. Head to Group Orders for further information on prices.

How long will my Group Order delivery take?

All Group Orders have to be placed 2 working days in advance. We will deliver your food to you at your selected time, delivery date and venue. Please note that orders are subject to availability of our ingredients.

How will my trays in Group Orders be packaged?

Our salad trays, wrap trays, quinoa bowls, cake trays are communally packed for sharing with your team – like a mini buffet. We provide you with plates and cutlery from which you can help yourselves to your portion. If you have any packaging requests, please let us know in advance.

 

Timing

When do I have to place my Click & Collect orders by?

All Click & Collect orders must be placed at least 1 hour in advance of your collection timing. You can also place your orders in advance. Just remember to check the date and time for collection.

What are the Click & Collect timing hours?

Click & Collect is only available during the selected outlet’s opening hours. Please check our outlet’s opening hours here.

Events

What type of events does SaladStop cater for?

We have catered for a wide variety of events - from breakfast buffet setups for 200 people, outdoor salad bar at Macritchie Reservoir Park, to small scale office meetings. We are always eager to try out new setups for events and bring you fresh, wholesome food.

Why is my order payment not going through on the website?
